1. Sign up at www.justenergy.com/special or call 866-996-4171 for a qualifying Just Energy plan and get a $50 Visa® e-gift card via email after your first month’s bill has been paid in full. Your account must be active and in good standing. Valid email required.
2. Just Energy will reimburse up to $150 of the early termination fee (ETF) charged by your current electric provider in the form of a bill credit. To qualify for ETF reimbursement, send your final invoice which includes the ETF fee to customersupport@justenergy.com. The bill must be in the name of the Account Holder of the enrolling party. If you cancel your Just Energy services and/or switch to a new electricity provider within 12 months of the Start Date of your Agreement, the ETF reimbursement amount must be repaid to Just Energy and will be included on your final bill. 3. Just Energy will help you find a plan that fits your needs. Please note that new plans will come with a new contract and the end date of the new contract will change to reflect the terms of the new plan.
