Disclosures

1. The total bill credit that can be received during the contract term is $400.00, which will be applied in increments. One incremental credit of $200 will be reflected on the total bill sent to the customer in September each year of the two year agreement. If the total September bill reflecting August usage is below $200, then the total bill in September will reflect a credit balance that will be applied to the next month’s bill and so forth until the entire $200 credit balance is spent. The bill credit will be forfeited by the customer if: 1) there is an outstanding account balance at the time each credit is issued, 2) the customer terminates the contract early, or 3) the customer changes the plan before a credit is applied. Bill credits cannot be used toward deposits or deposit refunds. The bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards. This plan includes a monthly fee of $9.95 when your usage is less than 1000 kWh for the month.

2. Offer is available to Texas residential customers. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge, an Energy Charge, and Utility Transmission and Distribution delivery charges. 3. Nights Free Plan available to Texas residential customers only. The Energy Rate varies per utility and is subject to change. Plan bills a monthly Base Charge and an Energy Charge. Energy Charges for usage consumed between 9 pm and 7 am each day are credited back on your bill including the Utility Transmission and Distribution delivery charges. 4. Just Energy will reimburse up to $150 of the early termination fee (ETF) charged by your current electric provider in the form of a bill credit. To qualify for ETF reimbursement, send your final invoice which includes the ETF fee to customersupport@justenergy.com. The bill must be in the name of the Account Holder or Spouse of the enrolling party. If you cancel your Just Energy services and/or switch to a new electricity provider within 12 months of the Start Date of your Agreement, the ETF reimbursement amount must be repaid to Just Energy and will be included on your final bill.
