My experience today starting my service was wonderful. It’s one of the best experience I have actually ever had dealing with a utility company. The agent was polite and he explained everything and did everything possible to give me the best benefits. I am a domestic violence victim and this company not only acknowledges that but they help. So far, regardless if I change locations or not I will use just energy. As a single mother the rates they have are outstanding. I’ll update the review after a month or so guys
