1. Just Energy will reimburse up to $150 of the early termination fee (ETF) charged by your current electric provider in the form of a bill credit. To qualify for ETF reimbursement, send your final invoice which includes the ETF fee to customersupport@justenergy.com. The bill must be in the name of the Account Holder of the enrolling party. If you cancel your Just Energy services and/or switch to a new electricity provider within 12 months of the Start Date of your Agreement, the ETF reimbursement amount must be repaid to Just Energy and will be included on your final bill.
